Paid Position
Duties:

• Buses tables through out the night for empty drink bottles, cups and garbage (volunteers often help you).  If there is even a little bit of liquid in left in the cups and bottles leave them untill the end of the night.

• Separates garbage from recyclables (people will often throw out their cans.  Two large garbage bins and garbage bags will be provided, one for collecting empty beer cans, the other for collecting empty water bottles)

• Helps clean up any drink spills in the hall (mop and bucket available)

• Takes empty bottles/cans home.  (All empties go back into their original boxes. This helps with inventory count at the end of the night).

• Stays to help with kitchen clean up after last call.

• At the end of the night, puts kitchen garbage into the outside dumpster.

• Checks the parking lot for any empty beer cans, etc.
